Job Title: Social Worker – FAST Team

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the FAST Team in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to deliver high-quality statutory social work across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care services. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in safeguarding children, managing risk, and improving outcomes for children and families.

What You Will Do
Statutory Social Work Practice: Deliver high-quality social work interventions across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care cases.
Section 47 Enquiries: Undertake Section 47 investigations and safeguarding enquiries, ensuring risks are identified and managed appropriately.
Child and Family Assessments: Complete comprehensive assessments that inform effective planning and intervention.
Risk Assessment and Management: Utilise evidence-based approaches, including Signs of Safety, to assess and manage risk while promoting positive outcomes.
Safeguarding Leadership: Lead safeguarding processes and contribute to decision-making that prioritises the safety and wellbeing of children and young people.
Court and Report Writing: Prepare clear, analytical reports and documentation, including reports for court proceedings where required.
Multi-Agency Working: Work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals to coordinate effective support and intervention.
Recording and Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely records in line with statutory requirements, legislation, and best practice standards.
