We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join a well-supported Children’s Social Care service in Knowsley. What You Will Do

Assessment and Intervention: Complete high-quality assessments and interventions to identify needs, risks, and appropriate support arrangements.

Child Protection and Safeguarding: Manage Children in Need and Child Protection cases, ensuring timely and effective safeguarding interventions.

Family Support: Work directly with children and families to promote positive change and improve outcomes.

Care Planning: Develop and review evidence-based plans that address identified needs and risks.

Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with partner agencies and professionals to deliver coordinated support and informed decision-making.

Case Management: Manage an allocated caseload while maintaining accurate records and high standards of practice.

Duty Responsibilities: Participate in the team’s duty arrangements, responding appropriately to referrals and safeguarding concerns.
