We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join a Complex Care Team in Bexleyheath. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Adult Social Care professional with strong negotiation skills and experience supporting review activity. You will also supervise a small team of practitioners dedicated to undertaking reviews, helping to maintain high standards of practice and effective outcomes.

Negotiation: Use strong negotiation skills to support effective outcomes and professional decision-making.

Practice Oversight: Provide appropriate guidance and support to practitioners undertaking review activity.

Complex Care: Apply your Adult Social Care experience when supporting people with complex care needs.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration.
• Strong experience within Adult Social Care.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience of supporting review activity.
• Experience supervising or supporting a team of practitioners.
• Ability to provide effective guidance and professional oversight.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality Adult Social Care practice.
