What you will do

Care Proceedings: Manage cases involving children subject to Care and Placement Orders, ensuring all statutory responsibilities are met effectively.

Family Finding: Progress family finding for children in care, supporting permanency planning and positive long-term outcomes.

Assessments: Undertake comprehensive viability and parenting assessments to inform care planning and court proceedings.

Direct Work: Build meaningful relationships and work directly with children in care to understand and promote their needs and wishes.

Court Work: Provide expert court skills, preparing high-quality reports and representing the local authority confidently within proceedings.

Collaborative Practice: Work independently and alongside multi-agency professionals to deliver the best possible outcomes for children and families.
